Edit, remove, or withdraw an application

Open My applications to see your drafts and submissions, deadlines, and last-updated dates. Select Open to review or edit an application while the position is open. Once the posting closes, its answers and uploads become read-only.

A submitted application offers Withdraw in My applications, even after the posting closes. Withdrawal changes its status to Withdrawn and keeps the application and files in its history; you cannot edit or resubmit it. Use Remove only when you intend to permanently delete the application and its files. Drafts can be removed but cannot be withdrawn.
