Who receives information

The association responsible for a position can access applications submitted to its posting. Site administrators can access records needed to operate the service. Hosting, email, and connected sign-in providers process information to deliver those features. An association's own privacy practices may also apply to its hiring process.

Retention and choices

Applicants can update their profile and, where the application workflow permits, edit or withdraw submissions. Contact the posting association about its application records, or the site administrator about account access and privacy requests. Records may be kept as needed for the search, security, and applicable recordkeeping duties; retention varies by association and circumstances.

Security and updates

Access to applicant records is limited by account role and association. No internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as site features or practices change; the effective date below identifies this version.
